Michael E. Karakostas, is a member of the Athens Bar Association, admitted before the Supreme Court. He was born in Athens, in 1965. He studied at the Law School of the University College of London (UCL), at the National University of Utrecht-Holland as well as the National University of Athens. He also holds a Master in Law in US and European competition law. He has worked as a lawyer in London, Brussels and Athens, combining many years of in-house experience with an independent legal practice. He has also participated as a speaker on electronic communications issues in legal conferences in Greece, Europe and the US
Antonis G. Broumas has graduated from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, and has a postgraduate degree in Information Technology Law and Telecommunications (University of Strathclyde – Glasgow) and in Legal Jurisprudence (National & Kapodistrian University of Athens). He holds a PhD from the Westminster University. He is specialized in electronic communications law, consumer protection law and personal data protection law. He manages the site www.lawandtech.eu. His articles have been published in Greek and foreign law magazines. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2005.
Nikolaos Emilios Karakostas has graduated from the Law School of the University of East London and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and he also holds a degree from the Accounting School of Messologi. He is specialized in tax law and financial crime Law. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2000.
Eleftheria Giannakopoulou has graduated from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens-Law School and she holds a Master from the same university in Civil Law, as well as a Master in Law and Economics from the University of Piraeus. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association. She is specialized in civil and commercial litigation, advising on issues of civil law, commercial and company law, property law and commercial leases, trademarks and energy law.
Alexandra N. Kopsini has graduated from both the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Panteion University of Athens. She holds a postgraduate degree in public law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and a postgraduate degree in criminal law from the same university. She is specialized in public law. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2003.
Stamatios N. Zervos has graduated from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specializes in land law, wills and testaments, and labor law. He is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 2003.
Ioanna Vlachogiorgou has graduated from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens – Law School. She is involved in litigation related cases, and also supports the office’s team in a variety of areas such as property law, commercial leases, contract law, labor and employment law, immigration law for small and medium size investors, etc.
Nikki Georgakopoulou has graduated from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens – Law School. She is involved with civil law cases offering advice on contract law issues, leases, land searches and cadasters related matters, GDPR issues etc.

Prof. Dr. Konstantinos D Magliveras graduated from the School of Law, University of Athens. He was awarded postgraduate degrees in European Community Law from the University of Exeter and the University of East Anglia as well as a D. Phil in Public International Law from Oxford University. He has carried out post-doctoral research at Erasmus University Rotterdam and has been a Visiting Researcher at the University of California at Berkeley and at Humboldt University Berlin. He has been a member of staff at the Schools of Law of the Universities of Aberdeen and Sussex, and is currently Associate Professor at the University of the Aegean. He is a practicing lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association specializing in European Union funded programs, public procurement and public law.
